Each July for the past 41 years, the heart of Québec City has beaten to the rhythm of an extraordinary music festival that overcomes all geographic and cultural barriers: the Québec City Summer Festival. For 11 days, 400 music and street art shows transform the oldest fortified city in America into a huge outdoor stage.
Artists from every culture travel to Québec City to share the warmth and rhythm of their country with the festival-goers of all ages and musical tastes. In the streets and on indoor and outdoor stages, the artists delight crowds that have gathered to experience the cultural discoveries and exchanges.
