Ladytron
Originally based in Liverpool, England, Ladytron is an electronic pop/electroclash band founded in 1998 by keyboard players Daniel Hunt and Reuben Wu Hunt. After having performed numerous stints as DJs in Japan’s clubs, been a part of Paris’ underground scene, and made several incursions into Scandinavia and Eastern Europe, the founding duo took on singers Helen Marnie and Mira Aroyo, whom they met while travelling by train in Bulgaria. All told, the group has four albums to its credit, including their most recent release, going by the name of Velocifero.
