La Fanfare Pourpour is a 17-member band that has existed in various forms for more than 30 years, first as L'Enfant Fort (1974), then as La Pouet Pouet Band (1978), and then Montréal Transport Limité (1981), before assuming its current embodiment. Hailing from Montreal, the band puts out an intelligent, joyful music for our times and our world.
