There are checkrooms at the entrances of the Plains of Abraham and Parc de la Francophonie to leave any items not allowed on site. The Festival d’été de Québec is not liable for these objects.
Children from 0 to 11 years accompanied by an adult do not need a Festival pass to attend the shows. Children are welcomed at all venues except Le Cercle bar (18 and up).
Note that the Festival offers a program of free activities for children. Refer to the Family Place section.

The Festival Pass (wristband and blinking pin) is mandatory.
Your wristband is activated as you enter the gates Scan it, a green light and short beep will validate your entry.
If you want to go to another one during the evening or if you leave the venue and plan to come back later, our staff must scan your wristband. If you don't scan it, you won't be allowed to enter the Plains of Abraham (Bell Stage) or the Parc de la Francophonie (Loto-Québec Stage).
Once the show is over, your wristband will automatically reinitialize overnight.
Other Venues Entrances
To enter all the other venues, simply show your wristband at the door.
Festival Souvenir Shops
Wear the Festival colours! Refer to the Festival map to find a shop.
Food and Drinks
Drinks and snacks are sold on most venues. Fast-food stands are available on the Plains of Abraham.
For a consistant meal, there are numerous restaurants surronding the Festival venues.
The Festival is taking place in downtown Québec city, Canada.
Lost and Found
Call the Info-Festival line at 418 529-5200 or 1 888 992-5200 (toll-free) and we will handle the rest. Lost objects will be held for 3 months. The Festival d'été de Québec is not liable for these objects.

Transportation and Driving Instructions
The road traffic is heavier during the Festival, we suggest coming to the Festival by bus, by bike or on foot.
Bus: The Réseau de transport de la capitale – RTC is the only public transportation in Québec city. Visit the www.rtcquebec.ca for all the information regarding the itineraries, schedules, costs, etc.
Bike: The Festival offers a secured and free bike parking with valet service. Find it at Place George V, near Grande-Allée (refer to map).
On foot: All the venues are located within a walking distance from each other. Enjoy the city while you walk to the next show!
Car: The Société Parc-Auto operates indoor and outdoor paid parking lots that fill up quickly during the Festival, so come early. Expect delays while leaving after the shows. If you live outside the city and need to drive your car, an easy option is to find a free Parc-O-Bus parking (www.rtcquebec.ca). Park your car and take the bus to the city center.

Venues Opening Hour
Most shows take place at night. Come early, places are limited!!! The Festival reserves the right to make all decisions concerning the safety of the people present on a site, including the decision to restrict access.

Indoor Venues : Doors open one hour before the show
The decision to cancel or postpone a show due to thunderstorm or heavy rain will be taken onsite, without advance notice.
