Policy and Procedure for Mobility-impaired Festivalgoers
This policy was developed to provide mobility-impaired clients of the Festival d'été de Québec easier access to outdoor shows.Where: Scène Bell, Scène Molson Dry and Scène Metro

Policy
Festival d'été de Québec venues are accessible to any individual who is mobility-impaired, whether permanently or temporarily (limb in cast or mobility-impairing injury), and who because of this uses a manual or electric wheelchair, three- or four-wheel scooter, white cane, crutches, walker or guide dog to move around.
• Scène Bell: Amphitheatre on the Plains of Abraham, at front of garden-side section.
• Scène Molson Dry: Parc de la Francophonie, at front of garden-side section.
• Scène Metro: Place D’Youville, at the top of the steps, next to the Palais Montcalm.
• Accessible chemical toilets nearby and access path with hard (stone dust) surface.
Reservation
Reservations will be available only on the day of the show, from 9:00 am. If you are unable to use your reservation, the Festival urges you to advise an Info-Bell agent so that your space(s) can be made available to someone else.

• Only one reservation for 2 people, including accompanying individual, will be accepted per call.
• Reservations may be made only for the first show or for both shows. No reservations will be accepted only for the second show.
• Reservations must be confirmed in person with an Info-Bell agent. Voice mail requests will not be processed.
• Limited seating capacity :
o Scène Bell: 40 spaces including one accompanying individual per person
o Scènes Molson Dry et Metro: 20 spaces including one accompanying individual per person
• Only associations are entitled to make group reservations. In order to offer various groups the opportunity to attend the show, there is a maximum reservation limit of 8 mobility-impaired individuals and 4 accompanying individuals at the Scène Bell and of 4 mobility-impaired individuals and 2 accompanying individuals at Scène Molson Dry and Scène Metro.
• The Québec City Summer Festival will not be making available any reserved parking.
• You must arrive no more than 30 minutes and no less than 15 minutes prior to the start of show. Otherwise, your space will be given to someone else.
