Hydro-Québec Passes
All 150,000 flashing Hydro-Québec passes for this 43rd edition have been sold out.
One-day bracelets will be sold for the following shows (on the date of the show only) :
- July 10 – Lara Fabian
- July 11 – Roger Hodgson
- July 12 – Arcade Fire
- July 14 – Gilles Vigneault
- July 17 – Billy Talent
These bracelets cost $25 taxes included plus service fee, and are sold on the date of the show, at the official ticket booths, near the Cross of Sacrifice (at the Plains entrance), in front of the Armoury and on Grande-Allée.
The Hydro-Québec flashing pass is unique to the Festival d'été de Québec. It’s all you need for all the Festival’s outdoor shows and many of the indoors shows for all 11 days: one flashing pass plus one bracelet containing an RFID chip*. You must have both for admission to all sites.
* The bracelet can be recycled. Simply cut it open with scissors, remove the microchip (which is not recyclable) and put the bracelet in a recycling bin.
Be there early! Places are limited, your entry is not garanteed.
Children under 12 accompanied by an adult will be admitted to the Festival free of charge.

IMPORTANT!
⇒ Your smart bracelet is mandatory.
⇒ Your bracelet is activated as you enter. Simply turn your wrist to the panel on your right (see below) and a light and short beep will validate your entry.
⇒ If you want to go to another site during the evening or if you leave the site and plan to come back later, our staff must scan your bracelet as you exit to reinitialize it.
⇒ If you stay on the same site all evening, your bracelet will automatically reinitialize overnight.
TICKET OFFICE
To pick up your passes purchased online or by phone, or to purchase a 1-day bracelet the day of the show.
Go to one of our 3 ticket booths near the Plains of Abraham between 12 noon and 11pm:
• At the Cross of Sacrifice (the entrance to the Plaines on Grande-Allée, close to the Saint-Louis gate, across from the Parliament Building)
• On Grande-Allée (corner of D'Artigny, next to the Molson Dry Stage at the Parc de la francophonie)
• In front of the Armoury (Place George V) – This is where festivalgoers who purchased passes on the Festival website after June 20, and anyone who did not receive them by mail can go to pick them up.
