Service for mobility-impaired

To give all spectators easier access to outdoor shows, the Festival d’été de Québec provides reserved sections for spectators who have special needs.

Adapted toilets at the site, chairs available, ramps and hard surface access paths, drinks sold nearby.

The pass is mandatory, for accompanying individuals as well.

Maximum of four dates per person, including an accompanying individual.
Reservations for the first show of the evening or for both. No reservations taken for the second show only.
Voice mail reservations will not be taken.

Second Round of Reservations

If places remain, a second round of reservations will take place starting June 3 at 9 a.m. There will be no date limits.

Evening of the Show

If you are unable to attend, please contact us so we can give your place to someone else.

Come with your accompanying individual to the entrance to the site before 8: 30 p.m., at least 30 minutes before the gates open. If you arrive later, you will be refused admission.

At blockbuster shows, you will exit a few minutes after the end of the show for safety reasons. You may also leave before the end of the show.

Located on the terrace at the back of the site, facing the stage, at the corner of Des Glacis and St-Jean, on the east side of Rue des Glacis.

20 places, including restricted-mobility spectators and accompanying individuals.


The reserved sections for Festival d’été de Québec spectators having special needs are accessible to any individual who is mobility-impaired, whether permanently or temporarily (limb in a cast or mobility-impairing injury), and who must use a manual or electric wheelchair, three- or four-wheel scooter, multi-prong cane, white cane, crutches, walker or guide dog.


Group reservations may be made by associations only. A maximum of 8 persons having special needs and 4 accompanying individuals applies to the Bell Stage on the Plains of Abraham and 4 persons having special needs and 2 accompanying individuals applies to the Loto-Québec Stage at the Parc de la Francophonie and the Hydro-Québec Stage at Place D'Youville.
